Parts of the Towers
On this page I wil share some of the base files used to create my arrays. I’ve been reluctant to do so in the past but after more than ten years I guess it’s quite flattering that some of you are still interested to copy this design. Be prepared though, it’s quite the task. You’ll spend many hours on all jobs, however small they might be, if you’re running 25 drivers per enclosure. I will give absolutely no guarantee on these files, you’re on your own. You may use them at your own risk.
First body part, 4 of these parts make up a chamber. Made from Baltic birch in 18mm thickness. Measuring the raw material gave an average thickness of 17.6mm. Use the part as shown at normal orientation and upside down to get the weavy inner structure for the final enclosure shape. You’ll find the part in STEP format here: Click to download
The first of two slightly differing parts that close up each chamber for one speaker driver. Made of 15mm Baltic Birch (measuring an average of 15,1mm). There are two of these divider-parts with a different spacing for the holes to avoid standing waves over the length of the column of air inside the enclosure. Damping material added to these holes further ensures no standing waves can occur. Find this second part here: Click to download

The second divider part with the deviation in hole pattern. There is another difference as well, as this part is the divider between the connectors of the drivers there is a groove at the front where a rubber “flap” is inserted to protect the connections. You can find the file here: Click to download

Bottom part, two of these were used. Made from 18mm Birch plywood. An extra hole pattern to fix it to the rotatable stand. To download the part: Click to download

Top part of the stack, again, two were used and made of 18mm Birch plywood. In my final model I enlarged the holes of the top and bottom plywood pieces so I could bolt them down without having the threaded rod sticking out. Feel free to come up with your own solutions.
